The time has finally come—we are diving into our kitchen renovation! The kitchen is the heart of our home, and I am excited to create a space that is perfect for our family. As always, I’m focusing on a budget-friendly approach while still creating a space that feels warm, inviting, and stylish.
I’ve always loved the cozy, timeless feel of a cottage kitchen, but I also want to incorporate modern elements that enhance functionality and maximize our space. My goal is to blend classic cottage details with clean lines, smart storage, and a fresh, airy aesthetic. Think shaker-style cabinets, a mix of open and closed storage (much more closed than open), and a soothing color palette that keeps the space feeling bright and welcoming.
With our plans in place, it’s time to roll up our sleeves and get started! I’ll be documenting the process, sharing behind-the-scenes updates, and of course, the final reveal. Stay tuned for all the DIYs, budget hacks, and unexpected surprises along the way.
